Your Appointment – A New Look
We can hardly believe it’s actually here! Although we’ve been game planning for re-opening since we had to close. We’re all excited, and to be honest a little nervous! But we can’t wait to get back to doing what we love and seeing all of you. Thank you for all your heart warming comments and support these past few months!
We are working under a compilation of guidelines from the State Board of Cosmetology, Department of Health and CDC. It seems like a lot but in time it will become routine.
To start with we will have a new check in process to limit the number of people coming in at a time. We will have one point of entry and check in downstairs (salon entrance). When you arrive for your appointment, please drive through to the back parking lot and once parked, call us from your car to verbally check in 610-820-0337 option 4. We will ask you screening questions and when your technician is ready we will have you come in the salon door for a temperature check, hand washing, and be on your way to your service.
- If you do not have a cell phone, please let us know when we confirm your appointment and we will make arrangements to meet you when you arrive.
- If you cannot do stairs and need to go upstairs to the spa for your appointment, please let us know and we will arrange to meet you at the spa door.
Please do not bring any food or drink, books, crafts etc. into the salon. If possible please leave purses or anything unnecessary in the car.
Do wear your mask into the salon. Ear loops are best for hair services. If you don’t have a mask or forget, we will have some available for sale. Masks must be on at all times while inside. you are welcome to step outside for air at any time.
Appointments are required, no walk in services.
Only the person receiving a service can be in the salon/spa. No friends, spouses waiting, or children can accompany you. For people coming and not having a service or having a service later, they will have to wait outside until it is their time.
We are unable to double book services, so while in the past we could do a haircut in a color processing time, we are no longer allowed to do this, even if it is a family member.
For non appointment retail and gift certificate purchases, please call first and we will get your order ready for curbside pick up.
As some states are having a concerning increase in Covid cases, we ask that if you have been out of state or have been in a high risk environment, you schedule appointments for 2 weeks after your return and have no symptoms. Of course if you have any Covid symptoms, or are unsure, please reschedule your appointment.
We don’t know how long these guides will apply. We realize they are inconvenient and uncomfortable but we are committed to following them in order to keep our business safe for everyone.
